1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the DesignOS web application and all related tools, APIs, and documentation.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Tenant" refers to a design firm or organisation registered on the platform.
• "Subscription" refers to a paid or free plan providing access to the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Free Plan: Limited features and usage as described on our pricing page. No payment required.
• Pro Plan: Billed monthly per user at the rate published on our website. Payment is processed via Razorpay.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malicious software or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable Indian law or regulation.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our consent.

5. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to or create within the Service ("Your Data").
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Data.
• You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service.
• Upon account termination, you may request export of Your Data within 30 days.

6. Google Drive Integration

The Service integrates with Google Drive to create and manage project folder structures. By connecting your Google account, you authorise us to create, read, and manage folders within your Google Drive on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techsharingb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data export requests must be made within 30 days.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
