DesignOS automatically calculates CGST, SGST, and IGST based on your firm's registered state and the client's billing address. You can generate GST-compliant invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, and payment receipts directly from any project. TDS deduction tracking, bill-wise P&L, and bulk bill status updates are also built in — no separate accounting software needed for project billing.

FF&E stands for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment — the products that make up an interior design project. DesignOS lets you manage every FF&E item through a visual Kanban pipeline: Quoted → Ordered → Delivered → Installed → Billed. Items are linked to specific rooms, tracked against vendor purchase orders, and monitored in real time against project budgets. You can also export an FF&E schedule report as PDF or CSV.

Yes! When you create a project, DesignOS automatically creates a structured folder hierarchy with 10+ subfolders (Drawings, 3D Renders, Client Approvals, BOQs, etc.) in your Google Drive or OneDrive. All project documents stay organised without any manual effort. Team members get automatic folder access when added to a project.

DesignOS includes a full vendor and showroom CRM — maintain a vendor directory with contact details and negotiated discounts, create purchase orders linked to projects, track bills against POs, manage site delivery confirmations, and monitor payment status. Vendor contacts auto-link to your FF&E pipeline so you always know which vendor is handling which product.

Scope Discovery is an AI-powered feature that helps your firm define its specialisation — residential, commercial, modular kitchens, turnkey, etc. You describe your firm in plain language, and the AI suggests matching scope templates from a library of 29 industry-standard categories. The AI Copilot (Advanced tier) then uses your scope profile to give personalised advice, create tasks, answer budget queries, and brief you on overdue items — in English, Hindi, or any Indian language.
