Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions of the DesignOS platform operated by Techsharingb.
1. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- To cancel, email us at [email protected] or use the subscription management option within the app (when available).
2. Refund Policy
- 7-Day Refund Window: If you are unsatisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription or renewal payment.
- After 7 Days: Refunds are generally not provided after the 7-day window. However, we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., service outage, billing error).
- Free Plan: The Free plan does not involve any charges; hence, no refund applies.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address and the reason for the refund.
- Provide the transaction ID or payment reference (available in your payment confirmation email or Razorpay receipt).
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days after processing.
5. Downgrade & Data Retention
- When downgraded to the Free plan, your data (projects, tasks, contacts, financial records) will be retained for 90 days.
- During this period, you can upgrade back to Pro to regain access to all your data.
- After 90 days, data exceeding Free plan limits may be archived. We will notify you before any data archival.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Partial months or unused days within a billing cycle.
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Refund requests made after 30 days of the payment date.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. The revised policy applies to payments made after the effective date.
